+ I purchased an in-person ticket for Mental Health 2021. What happens to my ticket now that Mental Health 2021 is livestream only?

All in-person tickets have been converted to virtual attendance. You will receive in your email instructions on how to access the livestream. You do not have to do anything.

PLEASE NOTE: Registrations are per person. Please do not share your livestream with unregistered friends. Registration will remain open throughout the conference.

+ I registered for the Ministry Leaders Preconference Session when it was in-person only. How is HIM handling that?

Everyone who registered for the Ministry Leaders Session will be contacted by email about your registration.

+ Will video of the Ministry Leaders Preconference Session and Mental Health 2021 be available to watch after the conference?

Yes. Both events will be made available to registrants for two weeks after the conference.

+ How do I livestream the event?

Registrants will receive an email with a link and instructions for streaming by August 12.

+ Are refunds available?

Registrations are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend the event, may we suggest the following options:

1. Bless someone with the ticket you purchased. Tickets to HIM sponsored events are fully transferrable and may be gifted to another person. Simply forward the recipient your digital ticket.
2. Donate your registration fees back to HIM by contacting @info@himonline.org. Your donation will help meet unanticipated expenses caused by COVID and bless many. When you redirect your registration as a donation, you come alongside HIM in our mission to gather and equip the body of Christ. A tax-deductible receipt wil be issued to all donors.
