PLUS, a free Pastor+Spouse Bay Area 2008 Registration Package (includes
regular and preconference sessions) with every 10 registrations. A great
deal for your church or group all the way around!
- Complete the registration form in full. Photocopies are acceptable.
Include full payment (Check/VISA/MC). Please do not send cash.
- Each registration is single-user and cannot be shared by multiple
users.
- GROUP registrations are by mail/fax/phone only. Group fees
are based on the number of people registering at one time. Tickets
will be mailed to the name and address indicated on the registration
form for distribution to your group.
- There is a $25 pp processing fee for refunds/cancellations. No refunds
after 09/19/08. Preconference fees are not refundable.
- Tickets will be mailed and are required for admission.
Please complete requested information on the ticket before checking
in at the conference. If you do not receive your ticket by Oct 1, 2008, please
call the HIM office immediately. Lost ticket replacement fee: $25
per ticket.
- Limited scholarship assistance available for church leaders with
financial need. Applications available online or through the HIM office.
